The health and well-being of all the team, children and parents/carers who attend Little Leeds is of paramount importance to us. In order for us all to provide a safe, clean and healthy environment we have some house rules; please ensure you and your children are happy to follow the rules before booking.

Our house rules are reviewed and updated regularly, please ensure you are familiar with them every time you book.

  1. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Little Leeds does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

  2. Our play space has been designed for children under 5 years old, though we always welcome older children to enjoy the other areas and events at Little Leeds.

  3. We only allow food or drink that has been purchased from Little Leeds and/or The Leeds Deli to be consumed onsite (unless neurodivergent and agreed in advance). We are a small business and rely on all sales to pay the bills.

  4. We do not allow any food or drink to be consumed in the play space of Little Leeds.

  5. It is the customers responsibility to notify the team of any allergens that need to be catered for (prior notice is always welcomed).

  6. No shoes are to be worn in the play space; socks must be worn by children and adults in the play space.

  7. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal properties. Any unclaimed lost property will be donated to The Leeds Baby Bank after 30 days.

  8. All play area equipment is maintained, checked, and cleaned by our team on a daily basis, so please use them gently to prevent them from any damages or unremovable stains.

  9. Little Leeds has been inspected by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) and is checked and maintained regularly. However, small accidents and bumps between children will happen as part of an active childhood; we cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment or with our toys. Please be understanding of this and report any accidents, faults, damage or safety concerns to a member of the team.

  10. We do not allow any sharp objects, toys with small parts, pens/crayons or hazardous materials into the play space.

  11. Please encourage kind and gentle play to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children; parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well-being of the children in their care and must always maintain supervision of their child.

  12. Nappy changing and use of the potty should only be conducted in the toilets and we ask that children aren't left unattended when using the bathrooms at Little Leeds.

  13. Please follow any additional instructions or guidelines provided by the team.

  14. We ask that children who are unwell and/or contagious refrain from attending Little Leeds. We have a generous cancellation policy for our play space (12 hours) to accommodate child sickness.

  15. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with the play area rules or pose a risk to themselves or others.

We understand that plans change and therefore try our best to be as accommodating as possible.
